  Shopping in the area, it was time for some lunch.  Wanting something quick, we spotted this Habit.  Coming in at around 1:30, there was no line and only about 3 of the ten tables were occupied.  
  
  We ordered a double char, a grilled ahi on ciabatta and fries.  The burger was tasty and put together well.  The ahi was cooked perfectly medium.  Ordered a $1 softee cone.  Can't beat the price.  Habit is one of my two favorite fast food chain.  The taste and quality is consistent regardless of location.  
  
  Workers were friendly. The dining area and restrooms were clean.  They have a parking lot and some tables outside, if you like eating in the Walnut Creek heat.

  I was contacted a few days later about my review. They sent me Charburger tickets. Outstanding! That is follow up and customer experience! Thank you... I will be going back now!

  Shame that the customer service is nonexistent. Ordered a chicken club and a side. After waiting for a few which is what it is, I did not get my side. I let the person (some kid) know that the side was missing. It's cheat day for g/da sake i wasn't leaving without my side. He said no you did not. I said that's great, but I know what I ordered he once again said no. All he had to do is get the person who took my order instead of arguing with me about what I ordered. Then no one said sorry, all the girl said that took my original order was I tossed the receipt I don't know. I finally said how about instead of telling me no a few times just put the order in. When I got my order the kid gave me an attitude.
  
  Trust me I get it, it's hard finding great employees!

  Really great burger!! I got the SANTA BARBARA CHAR
  Double Char with Cheese & Avocado on Grilled Sourdough, no mayonnaise customized.  I liked the toasted bread. Clean restaurant, clean bathroom, automated ordering kiosks. I missed this place when I was away for three years and now am back and glad I can eat these burgers again.

  This is a good location. Very clean and quick service. They also have a patio area where you can sit and bring your dogs.
  
  I usually order the grilled cheese with added mushrooms. The bread was perfectly crisped but the cheese could have been slightly more melted. Otherwise really good.

  For the price they serve good fast food! The granddaughters always pick this place. They have great kids meals that include a drink. A soft serve cone is only $1 and yummy! My husband gets the veggie burger on a wheat bun so they also have healthy options! A wide variety of salads too.
